E-mail as attachment

Once a document has been merged you can send it as an attachment by e-mail.
The next figure shows the basic settings available for this export method:
Recipients e-mail address
Senders e-mail address
E-mail addresses that will receive a copy
E-mail addresses that will receive a blind copy
Subject of the e-mail
The text for the e-mail
File name for the attachment. This should end with .pdf

Check this to sign the email message with a digital certificate.
File containing the signing certificate.
Password used to read the certificate.
Hostname of the SMTP server used to send the email messages to.
Username used for authentication on the SMTP server.
This setting is only needed if your SMTP server requires authentication.
Password used for authentication on the SMTP server.
This setting is only needed if your SMTP server requires authentication.
All settings are expressions.
You can use a merge parameter to set the SMTP server (and authentication) at run time.
