Body area

A Body area node specifies the region on a stationery where paragraphs of a section can be laid out in.

Left	left	Left edge of the area (in units), measured from the left of the stationery.
Bottom	bottom	Bottom edge of the area (in units), measured from the bottom of the stationery.
Width	width	Width of the area (in units).
Height	height	Height of the area (in units).
