Header area

A Header area node specifies the region on a stationery where header paragraphs of a section can be laid out in.

Please note that this node does not specify the content of the header. Use the Header node for that.

Bottom	bottom	Bottom edge of the area (in units), measured from the bottom of the stationery.
Width	width	Width of the area (in units).
Height	height	Height of the area (in units).
