The culture is used for formatting data. By default culture of the current system is used. Overwrite using this property. Use any of the standard ISO culture codes such as "en-US".
Set a password on a merge project to prevent the project from being modified. Everyone can open, view and run the merge project without the password, but only when opened with the correct password will you be able to modify the project.
