Step 5. Verify correct installation

Copy the following test files from the variaDoc installation folder to the root folder of your web application:

Samples\webservices\test\test.vd
Samples\webservices\test\test.pdf

Open your browser and browse to

http://<your url>/test.vd

(Where <your url> is the URL of your website or virtual directory).

If everything is configured correctly, a PDF document opens to congratulate you for a successful installation.

The first request will take longer to process due to first time initialization steps. Open the URL again to verify this.
